      We want you to absolutely love your order. Since many of our products are made especially for you, here’s how returns work:

Personalized & Custom Items

Every personalized piece is created uniquely for you, which means we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.
Please take a moment to carefully review your design, size, and personalization details before confirming your order — we want everything to be just right for you.

However, if something isn’t right because of our mistake (for example, your item arrives damaged, defective), don’t worry — we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.

How to Start a Return

If you need help with a return or there’s any issue with your order, simply email us at cristinathisisme@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• A short description of what happened

• Photos 

We’ll reply within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item or confirm the issue.
